The following tutorial will get you running quickly with default settings!
Open the Default XP profile (or Default Vista if you use Vista):
Click on the AutoStart Tab
Click on Add
Click on the first button that has a folder in it and find the program/game you
want to run
Click on the Type drop down and select "Monitored"
Click on Save
Select the Notepad in the list and then click Remove
Click on the Optimization tab
At the bottom for "after monitored programs have close", choose "continue
processing" from the drop down list.
Click on Save in the bottom right
You are now back in the Main Window. right click on the profile you just
edited, and select Start. The profile should start running - some services and
programs will get stopped and soon the program/game you selected will be
running.
